All advances are repaid from your rental income by your property manager. Advances are not directly repaid by the landlord.
Rent Cash Advance offers two repayment options. Either up to 3 months or up to 6 months.
We are pleased to offer a clear honest fee for our service. For 1- 3 months advances we charge a flat 5% fee and a 1.5% administration fee. For advances of 3- 6 months we charge a flat 10% fee and a 1.5% administration fee. Absolutely Nothing Hidden – and no early redemption fees.
No, we do not run credit checks.

If a tenant is in arrears, not paying rent or has vacated then Rent Cash Advance repayment is simply delayed until the property is cash flowing again.

Owners will be required to retain their existing Property Manager in their current role for the full term of the agreement.  Owners must also advise RentCashAdvance should there be any changes to the status and financing of the property connected to the agreement.
